GSF ACQUISITION OF ZAMBIAN MINERAL PROJECTS FROM LONZOLOZA

27/09/2007

Last Week, I suggest sell all IMI because it touched 0.07 for three time with news, but all failed .

At 20/09/2007, IMI began to fall under 0.06, so it was time to go!!!

Today, another ascent stock GSF(Global Seafood) change to Mining field.

ACQUISITION OF ZAMBIAN MINERAL PROJECTS &
FUTURE ACQUISTION RIGHTS FROM LONZOLOZA RESOURCES
• GSF Corporation Limited (ASX:GSF) has signed a Heads of Agreement with
Londoloza Resources Corp (“LRC”) to acquire its suite of Zambian mineral
projects together with the rights to acquire advanced mining projects secured by
LRC within the Kitwe district of Zambia.
• The initial project package includes 3 granted licence areas Solwezi, Kabwe and
Choma together with additional areas that are currently under licence application.
• Importantly GSF has also secured the acquisition rights to future large scale
advanced mining projects secured by LRC within the Kitwe district of Zambia.
Kitwe forms part of the world renowned Zambian Copperbelt which is estimated to
contain a global resource of almost 200 million tonnes of copper metal and hosts
two of the world’s ten largest copper deposits.
• LRC is currently in discussions with parties in relation to the acquisition of such
projects.
• LRC’s President & CEO Johan Engelbrecht to join the board of GSF.
